Dilmah is a renowned tea company known for its high-quality, ethically sourced products. The primary goal of this project was to create a new Dilmah website targeted on Millennials and Gen-Z to enhance user experience, ensure brand consistency and improve accessibility. My team and I achieved an ethically optimized website aligned with brand values, boosted conversions by 8.4%, and reduced carbon emissions.
